THE MAN OF GOD PASTOR OLORUNFEMI GODWIN (OSINAIKE) OLUWABORI
Pastor Olorunfemi Godwin (Osinaike) Oluwabori was born in June 22, 1962 in Sagamu, Ogun State. He had his primary and secondary schools education in Odogbolu, Ogun State. He worked briefly in Lagos between 1979 to 1983, before going to Ogun State University (Now Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye), where he obtained Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics (Second Class Honours) in June 1987. He served the Nation under the NYSC scheme in the Borno State. SALVATION EXPERIENCE Pastor Oluwabori got born again in the year September 1988 at Pentecostal Assembly Yaba, Lagos, from that time on, it has been "looking unto Jesus the 'author and finisher' of my faith". He started the Christian faith race afresh by joining the believers' class as a new convert, was re-baptised by immersion. It was thereafter that my interest in the services of the Lord was identified and nurtured to growth by Rev. Shola Olukolade. From a Chorister to house fellowship leader to Church Financial Secretary and later to be licenced as an Evangelist in 1996. Though many prefer to call him Pastor because of his functions in last 5-6 years, he prefered to still be addressed as an Evangelist. By the grace of God as he normally professed, "I am addicted to Jesus." He believed in the word of God to the core. His best verse in the Bible is "There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the spirit - Rom. 8 v 1. His favourite verse in the Bible include Gal. 2 v 20, Heb. 12 vs 14, Rom. 14 vs 12 etc etc. |
